Evaporation is the physical process of conversion of a liquid state into a gaseous state. Generally speaking, an evaporator, i.e., an object that converts a liquid substance into a gaseous state. The evaporator is a very important part of the four major components of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensed liquid passes through the evaporator, exchanges heat with the outside air, vaporizes and absorbs heat to achieve the effect of refrigeration. The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts: the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat needed for evaporation to the liquid, prompting the liquid to boil and vaporize; the evaporation chamber separates the gas and liquid phases completely.
