1, the construction of cold storage when choosing good thermal insulation performance of the insulation material, in order to reduce the cold storage maintenance structure unit heat flow: traditional perlite, cinder, chaff shells and other materials with poor thermal insulation, the current new insulation materials commonly used in polyurethane foam materials, polystyrene foam and extruded plastic boards, etc., at the same time, we should increase the density of the insulation material and the thickness of the insulation material, and do a good job in insulation of the body of the storage tank sealing and waterproofing.

Not only that, the small temperature difference will also make the relative humidity in the library to improve, reduce the dry consumption of refrigerated food.
5, different items using different refrigerated temperature and refrigerated cycle: due to the cold storage after the completion of the refrigeration capacity has been relatively fixed, and storage items will be different, so according to different items to choose the right temperature. Generally speaking, the temperature can reach the storage needs, the temperature is too low to increase power consumption, the temperature is too high and affect the effect of food storage.
6, the refrigerator choose coil evaporator temperature rise slowly: can save energy and moisturizing, reduce food dry consumption, at the same time the noise is also small.
7, the use of packaged cold storage can reduce the dry consumption of food, reduce the number of evaporator frost, in fact, also plays a role in energy saving.
8, the choice of water-cooled than air-cooled way will reduce the condensing temperature, condensing temperature will be reduced to increase the refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration unit. When the condensing temperature is 25-40 degrees, every 1 degree lower, can save electricity 3.2%.
9, the daily operation of the cold storage, management and use of energy-saving measures: avoid frequent opening and closing of the library door, open the door to open the air curtain machine, pay attention to the way of storing items, timely cleanup of condenser dirt, evaporator dust, etc., can save cold, maintain the cooling effect.
