There are many reasons for insufficient cooling water flow, common cooling water system water shortage, cooling system mixed with a large amount of air, cooling pump flow is too small and the system does not match. Usually used to deal with: increase the amount of cooling water system; in the pipeline high position to install exhaust valves, exhaust gas; replace the cooling pump to match the system.
(B) cooling water temperature is too high

Excessive non-condensable gases in the unit can cause deterioration in the heat transfer performance of the condenser and evaporator, and excessive condensing pressures and exhaust temperatures.
Discharge of non-condensable gases can be released directly to the atmosphere through the condenser or the top of the liquid storage device bleeder valve, in the bleeder will inevitably lose some refrigerant.
(E) Refrigerant excess
Refrigerant in the air conditioning system in the volume ratio is a certain requirement, too much refrigerant so that the compressor load increases, the compressor current. Too much refrigerant affects its own cooling effect, condensing temperature and pressure will rise. When too much refrigerant leads to evaporator liquid can not be completely evaporated, liquid refrigerant will be sucked back to the compressor, resulting in "liquid shock" phenomenon, serious damage to the valve, and even burned the motor.
